Title: Ground Force Officer Ranks

When I select Naval Officers I have the ability to ADD, DELETE, or RENAME the ranks. However, for Ground Force Officers ADD and DELETE are greyed out. Is it not possible to add additional ranks like with naval officers?

I don't believe so. Not much point, since ground force structure is predefined (as compared to ships which is arbirtary).
