Title: Setting auto assign priority in class design

I've seen this discussed before but can't remember where.  I like to auto assign officers as I'm too lazy to do it manually.  All my ship designs have a rank and priority set but I can't remember if rank 1 gets filled first or rank 8 (or whatever)
