Title: Any way to set another planet as your racial capital?

Exactly what it says on the tin. Setting up a custom start scenario and it be rather helpful if I didn't have to rejigger things to work around it.

On the Population & Production screen (F2), there will be a button on the very bottom-left that says "Capital". Select a planet from the menu to the left and press it.
