Title: Adding notes

Is it possible to add notes of some form to planetary bodies? For example I name a planet and have a rough idea of what I think it is like and want to add a short description to the planet for easy identification.

I keep a large notebook for this purpose Complete with a timeline and drawings of ships,
I know you can keep notes on ships
I don't think you can do it with planets.
