Why are 8 of the following ships unable to load a construction brigade?
I keep getting 'insufficient space error'
Yes, I have 8 of these in one TG, trying to load 1 construction brigade.

If I remember correctly, you cannot split up construction brigades, so you need a single ship capable of carrying the entire brigade at once (5 battalions?)

Yeah, troops cannot be split up but this is only an issue for the Construction Brigade which is requires the space of 5 battalions. Which is why my troop ships are always either the size of a brigade+1 or a division+4. The extras are for replacement battalions.
