Title: Cannot Reload Parasites

I have motherships set up for my fighters, with plenty of missiles left. In fact, the parasites used to have ammunition, but after clicking the 'Reload Parasites' button in the Task Group menu, the motherships now have 120% and 140% ammunition.

Any ideas?

Nevermind, I figured out the problem, I had different missiles set as the standard loadout. However, as they were from the same series, I was under the impression they would be loaded anyway?
