Title: Personnel Replenishment

Please add the ability for the game to replace your HQ leaders if one dies or retires.  Have it a choice so people can use it or not.

Governors and Teams too, please.
Teams should automatically request replacements if they're a man down.  Have a check mark for teams called 'understaff' that allows you to run a 3 man team or whatever.

Please post suggestions (and bugs) in the appropriate version posts. Steve uses those as "filing cabinets". Any post outside of there most likely will be lost or forgotten.

Sorry, I looked and didn't see the 7.  2 suggestion thread.   Can you move these there or link me where it is.   I'm new here, sorry for the misplaced posts.

Edit: Is that the 7. 0 thread? If so I'm sorry I though it was for 7. 0 version, not all 7. 0 versions.
