Title: Cant unload colonists

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I cant unload my own colonists at a colony in the same system, as the game thinks that earth is neutral. I had a neutral race, but I deleted it to see if that would fix the problem.

You probably loaded the colonists from the neutral faction by accident and they are still tagged as such, so you're quite stuck now since you can't unload them at Earth anymore either.

I deleted those colonists, but my earth colony is marked as neutral.
