Does the AI attack ships with ground troops? And if not are there plans to implement it in future updates?

No AI boarding at the moment. Good idea for the future though.

Would be quite cool to see different general AI profiles, ranging from "close and personal" (boarding and beams) to "send missiles from maximum range".

Hope to see it in soon. I try to give flag vessels a marine batallion for roleplay reasons, would be nice to see that "rewarded".
