Title: Missiles that Have Discharged there Secondary Missiles

Say you have a Missile that Has a Small War head But also is caring More Missiles, the Secondary Missiles Fire at the correct Distance. Does the Missile carrier Sped up with all the Extra Weight gone? to carry on going to the target?

It should be just like carriers, theres no recalculation of speed after dumping the warhead.

The pseudo science is that drives are limited by volume, not by mass, and they still envelope the same amount of space after launching fighters/missiles.

Wait, so after sending out the next phase the previous one still keeps going? I thought the separation destroys the previous phase.

It keeps going, though unless it has a warhead of its own it wont do any damage. The enemy will still try to shoot it down, though, so it kind of works as a decoy (though usually it's much slower than the actual final stage missile).
