Title: Land invaded

I remember a discussion from 2 years ago where Steve said the NPRs were still not being able to invade anybody.  They can glass planets (that's for sure  ;D  ) and defend against invasions, but won't launch invasions by themselves.

Has this been changed since ~~2015 ? That would be a cool feature to 'experiment' and would make the garrisoning of your colonies more thrilling.

No, in short because those two last years were filled with work on 7.2 and then C# version which we are now impatiently awaiting.

Not yet, but IIRC Steve did say they will be able to for C#.
