There are four levels:
Free - This is what everyone has now. No changes to this.
Bronze - $1/month or $10/year. Get a spiffy badge.
Silver - $2/month or $20/year. Get a different spiffy badge.
Gold - $3/month or $30/year. Get the spiffiest badge.
To get a subscription, go to your profile, and under Actions you should see a Paid Subscriptions link. This will take you to a page showing the various subscriptions.
And you can get a nice little badge like this one

Downloads - Not new, but the cause of a lot of the recent posts (last few hours). Still working on some permission bug. But it puts all of the downloads in a central location. For now, you can add a download, and I can upload the file until the perms are fixed.
Notifications - Might see those pop up on the upper right corner as you are browsing. Working on an admin bug there, so it might come and go until it's fixed.
Topic Solved - Change the message icon to Topic Solved puts a green checkmark as the icon.
hCaptcha - replaces the captcha for guest posts.

They will all be collected, so if you have the 2020 and get the 2021, you will have both.
