Mineral Supply

So I have some mines going on Venus and Mercury.  I'm loading down more mass drivers to speed up my supply to Earth.  I've already run out of two resources.  My question is, which resources do the planets ship? It just says 34 tonnes, 20 tonnes, etc.  Is materials that my target planet, Earth, is low on of higher priority? Or is it an even divide of all minerals?

The mass driver sends 10 ton chunks of each mineral, sending 10 of each before it starts again at the beginning of the list. You can control what is sent by setting a minimum level for each mineral at a particular colony. The mass driver won't send a particular type of mineral if that would take the level below the minimum. Double-click the mineral on the mining tab to set the level.
