With the new NAC structure and the new command and control modules, it is not easy to track down all the bonuses applied to a ship. I suggest to add something (perhaps under the ship page) to list all bonuses from each command level. This could also helps the player to identify whether there is anything wrong with their NAC structure.
Side note: when testing this, I found the tactical bonus from a (general) NAC is not applied to ships, even though it shows 10% of that should be applied.
