Engineering Regiments

Ok, so this may seem like a nub question a wee bit but how do i get engineering regiments on ships? I looked under teams and didn't see the option for one.

I just answered this question in the thread with Rathos.  Are you watching the traffic on the forum?

PS - Make sure your ship has 5 full-size troop transport modules, since engineering regiments (4.7x) are now engineering brigades (4.8 ).
