What is the requisite for the gravitational sensor? I researched a lot of techs, but I still cannot find it!

The only pre-requisite is Trans-Newton Theory.
If you did a TN start, you should already _have_ Geo-Survey Sensors, but the andvanced or improved version should be researchable unter Sensors and Fire Control

yes I did a trans-newton start, but I can only see the geological survey sensor on design ship tab.
