Just to be sure. I want a clean install.
So the order is v1.00 then 1.61, 1.62 and 1.63

I think 1.00, then 1.62 and 1.63 should suffice. Since 1.62 includes exe and db (same as 1.61) you can leave 1.61. out of the list.
