The link to Flag Maker 2 seems to be dead so I did some digging with Wayback Machine and forked an existing fork and reuploaded the last release from the original repo.

I am now using this tool which is actually better than the previous one and amazing! I use the old 1.7 with .exe but there is a new Java version

This was suggested to me from another post.

While I am not the author of the app I do use it for other projects and I am looking forward to use it in the upcoming 1.12 release. As much as I like to fight "Brazilian" aliens I am looking forward being able to change flags of NPRs.
