The Charonian government announces an absolute ban on military vessels approaching within 2mkm of the moon. We welcome peaceful trade and tourism, but if you come seeking to do harm, destruction is the only possible response.

Cheron is a moon, so after about 100 years I am sure that they would refer to it as the moon.
