Not sure if you are aware hunter james, but there is now C# version of Aurora. It is definitely better game than old VB6 version and worth checking.

Shift-drag the systems away from each other.

Hold Shift, click on the pile-o-systems, drag away the one it grabs.  Repeat until satisfied.  Once the systems are more-or-less where you want them, switch to the "Sys Pos" (System Positions) sidebar.  You can press the "Line Up" button to align the systems to an invisible grid - it's a little bit touchy, and may move systems in the opposite direction from the way you expect.  Once satisfied, press "Save Positions" to save the map.

I am currently in a campaign and I don't know how to fix the galaxy map so that it is actually readable I open up the galaxy screen and it pops up with all my systems displayed on top of each other the attached image is what I see. How do I rearrange the galaxy map so I can actually use it?
