The v1. 14. 0 changes list mentions that "there is a rare chance of encountering large or very large comets".

Coincidentally, just this week astronomers announced the detection of 2014 UN271, a ~160km diameter Oort Cloud object that should pass within 11 AU of the sun (~Saturn) this decade.
