In the spirit of peace and cooperation in this new era, we announce the opening of embassy row in the beautiful and modern capital city of Petrograd, all nations are permitted an embassy and it will be granted extra-territorial status and all the rights and protections historically granted diplomatic buildings. We require only reciprocity and that beyond a small honor guard, no military units be permitted to approach the capital without prior consent.

The Charonian government announces an absolute ban on military vessels approaching within 2mkm of the moon. We welcome peaceful trade and tourism, but if you come seeking to do harm, destruction is the only possible response.
