Title: Does a new monitor work?

I was unable to fix the blurry display of Aurora on my monitor when c# came out and never got to enjoy it.   Nothing has changed yet.   Its kind of stupid having to buy a monitor to play, but will it fix the problem?

a 19"  1440 x 900 will work?

Check your Windows scaling effects if the game looks blurry.

It's most likely a Windows thing and not monitor thing.
