Doren:
As long as you have enough maintenance capacity to keep it maintained it should be ok
Alsadius:
It won't break from being deployed, but lasers do now have a failure rate of 1% per shot. I'd put a bit of MSP in there to ensure you can repair them when they do break - maybe an engineering space and a maintenance bay.
Also, I'd probably cut the passive sensors out. You're based at a planet, and if it's got 10k tons of maintenance facilities to spare for an anti-missile platform, it almost certainly has a Deep Space Tracking Station. That has far better sensitivity to passive signals.

Nope, that'll blow up eventually.
It has no Maintenance Supply Points, so when something breaks it won't get fixed out of on-board stores. Power Plants (in this case, the pebble-bed reactor) can explode (that's the "Exp 5%" in their description) when they take damage (i.e. break), so sooner or later base go "BOOM!"
If you give it an engineering module and/or maintenance bay and enough supply to fix itself when it breaks (i.e. the "Max Repair" value), it will continue along as long as you can afford to keep resupplying it with MSPs.
The Forbidden:
Unless you disabled maintenance, I think space stations still require it. Also, is this design a support sensor station ? That's a very high sensor range for something armed only for point defense and short range engagements. If you're planning on mass producing them, probably better to make a dedicated sensor platform and the rest with the minimum backup to do their jobs if the other one is destroyed.
