How is it that all those asteroids have a colony cost of 1 when they don't have water, which I thought would make it a minimum colony cost of 2? I've never tried colonizing anything that required low G infrastructure... does low G infrastructure negate the need for hydro extent or something?

Given that the venusian in the first picture has a pressure factor of 50 but the body has a cc of 25, I'm guessing this race has the CC Reduction tech at 50%.

ADDENDUM: Holy moly System #9991 is a QUATERNARY System. Four stars, one of them has even more habitable worlds and another has a Gas Giant. ohboyohboyohboy ;D
