[spoiler:1o74ugdo]My very first installation recovery attempt released a horde. I didn't realize I had to initiate combat to stop them from destroying my population/industry on the planet. Once I found that out, they weren't a big problem, but having a full marine division on planet standing around not doing anything prior to that point was very annoying.[/spoiler:1o74ugdo]
