Title: Aurora fiction in other places.
Post by: Theoatmeal2 on February 01, 2021, 08:39:12 AM
I`m interested in finding more aurora related stuff so here is an oldie but goodie, Blue Emu`s Ad Astra. It`s a long read.

If you have others, please share.

There's a number of LPs on the Something Awful forums, I think there is even one that is active right now but if it still is I don't follow it.

Probably the classic example is The Coldest War (https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3474164) which is essentially 458 pages of random forumers with vastly different degrees of game knowledge screwing things up in hilarious fashion. Started in 2012 on a VB6 v5 version so very outdated (what's this nonsense about fixed engine sizes??  :P) but fun to read.

Wow, that coldest war is surprisingly entertaining... especially given some of the character names.
