His name is Richard but he made an enemy early on in the admin staff teams and the edits they made will forever haunt him.

The only thing in the universe higher than Commander Herb rater is his kill count, so HighCommand sort of agreed to leave him be. After all, if he gets the job done, does it matter if a strange smell comes from his cabin and he shouts "420blazit!" before destroying enemy vessels?

..So that era would be the Decades Kane.
