[ooc]As this is all "out of character" im skiping all the laws we passed about debate
its been suggested that we go ahead and skip forward since I only did one month, not wanting to leave our shipyard sitting useless when we had the resources to build a ship. so the question is should I go ahead and process another turn, say 4 months, to try and help get us a bit further along[/ooc]
