They're not talking about the events window, there was a separate window in VB6 that showed upcoming events for all races. It had industrial projects, research, shipyards, shipbuilding, etc for all player races in one window. Very useful for managing plans for multiple empires at once.

Edit: This window in the image attached. Only one race in this example, but any others would be in the same table if "All Races" was selected.

Yes, it is this window. This is exactly the thing that I miss so much in C#

Yeah it is very much possible, just need to have SM mode on and then toggle "Show All Races" in the Events Window:

If you are playing a multi-player-race game, you can see the events for all player races if you have SM mode on. One of the more recent versions I think also allowed these to be shown on the tactical map with a certain option checked.

in the VB version there was a wonderful table in which all the upcoming events for all races were shown. It was extremely useful for multi-racial games. What a pity that it is not in the C# version.
I hope that Steve will add it someday, for example in the next version  ::)
