About the new small refuelling system, does the 1000 ton limit apply to the ship hosting it? If I make a 5000 ton ship that sport a small refuelling system, can it refuel other 1000 ton ship? Can it refuels from colonies or refuelling hubs?

Oh cool beans! This is also a boost for conventional games because tankers can now be lot smaller!

This is a minor thing, but on the new reduced crew formulas, you use "Personnel" for one formula and "Crew" for the other.  Can you change them to be the same, unless there is a difference I'm missing?

Glad to see the small refueling system; I don't use fighters often, but when I do I always have a tanker/fighter/FAC on all the larger carriers.

They are different. Personnel is crew + flight crew. Crew is just the ship's crew without anything for the hangars.

Minor suggestion but I think the small refueling system should be renamed to something like "Small Craft Refueling System" or similar, something to make it clearer to new players that this is not just a smaller version of the existing systems but something that can only work with small ships.

(of course it should also have the 1000 ton restriction in the description, but just to be sure)

Good idea - I will make the change.

I did include the restriction in the tech description.

Man that would be great but it is looking like the next 30 days are going to be a logjam of gaming for me.  Crusader Kings 3 expansion + Total Warhammer 3 + Distant Worlds 2 are all coming out in the next 30 or so days.  Doesn't mean I'm not dropping something to tuck into a v2.0 campaign though.

No, it means if the parasites as a group belong to one or more squadrons. Each parasite can only be in one squadron.

I'm very bad at forecasting release dates, which is why I tend not to give them, so don't worry about it :)

No. NPR research is implemented so that when they accumulate X research points, they unlock an entire tech tier at once. Personally I dislike this because it makes NPR tech progression weaker than player race progression (as players benefit from every incremental advance as it is developed), but since the mechanic is different it is not affected by the stats of scientists applied to specific projects or fields.
