Title: Design Class window trying to escape

When I open the design class window it tries to escape from my screen.
And it actually succeeds in doing so..

As you can see, when I open or maximize it, it will leave my screen.
I never had this problem but I suddenly do :(

Also;
-re-installing didn't help
-changing from and to reduced height mode didn't help
-I didn't touch designer mode and neither did I accessed the database
-I didn't get any errors

On the main menu bar there is a misc tab.  Under that is something to the effect of reset window positions.
