Nicknaming foreign active sensor contacts

It would be nice to be able to rename active sensors you pick EM signatures up from on alien ships from "AS #XXX" to something more interesting, like a NATO-style reporting name or a speculation on purpose.

Solely for immersion reasons, but I think it would be a nice touch.
