Yeah, hopefully Steve will change that in the future, but for now, this is unfortunately the only option that at least partially solves this.

You need to change your long date format in Windows. 

Even doing that some dates doesn't fit in the table and you cannot see the year. 
If the table used short date format instead of long it will be fine.

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but I cant see the completion date of any item because it is sooo long. I have spanish language and it shows the day (wednesday) and the long date (15 of April of 2020), and the column is not big enough.

do you know how to fix it?
