Title: Commander name themes Gender options

Purely for RP, but could we also have the option of assigning Commander names by Gender?
For example, a Race that has females only as Admins and Scientists, and males only as military.  Or only males as Ground, but M/F both for all else?

Thats a nice idea.
Plus to option to generate only female/male characters for RP purposes.
