Title: [Solved] Missile research finished, but no available for construction?

I strongly suspect I am missing something because it was pre-2.2 last time I played. But I completed research into my first missile (Trident AMM for a missile defense frigate), but it is not available for ordnance construction, or on the Ordnance & Fighters tab of class design, or visible in the technologies window.

Have I missed some step in the process? Or have I hit a bug? I suspect the former, but if y'all say it is the latter I will move this to the proper thread in the bug forum.

Attached a few screenshots and a zip with other screenshots and the database. Need to re-learn how to use this forum for inline images and such.

I had failed to notice the 2.5.1 patch when installing what i though was the most recent version recently. Upgraded from 2.5.0 to 2.5.1 and it is showing up (along with the one I researched to replace it).
