I think there should be an "Official" Torrent for easier distribution, making multiple torrents is counter-productive.

I created an installer using Inno Installer.  I followed the normal installation, then made a new auroradb by starting a new game with default settings to get rid of the missing flag errors people get.
The installer is bare minimum in that it installs the game and creates an uninstaller.

This is version 2.5.1 of the game.
