Machine race rules

another question from the old newb who is wading through the upgrade to 3rd. . .

Machine races and J-rill economics. . .  I can see entries for them in SA, but I can't see rules for them in the publications.

Can anyone give me a pointer in the right direction with a publication/page number please?

(and for that matter, how you would set a race to use those rules in SA?)

They were in one of the expansions, but I cannot recall which.

The J'Rill rules are in Alkelda Dawn. They are also in the unpublished unified rules for 3rd edition, but I don't want to quote large sections of that or I will probably end up with copyright issues :)

They are also in the Sky Marshal 2 expansion, but to fully understand them you kinda need Alkeda Dawn in my opinion.
