What's the latest full install available?

I have 1.13 - is there a later full install available (I saw a 2.2 install mentioned as planned). Otherwise do I need to sequentially run through all the patches?

Download and install sequentially 1. 13, 2. 5. 0 and 2. 5. 1.  I'm suffering so much myself.  I would like to see the finished build 2. 5. 1.
