Starfire Assistant getting started files?

Hey there, I was wondering if anybody had a link to any tutorials that might still be available for getting started with and using SA.  I did try the link to tutor63 on a previous post on this part of the board but the link is dead.  If anybody could help, I'd really appreciate it.

I hope thread necromancy isn't too terrible, considering nobody ever responded to you. I also hope you're still interested in this after a year and more.
