Moving Task Groups into new Task Forces?

Hey all. I've been trying to rearrange my task groups into role-specific fleets, but when I try to change their task group in the fleet orders window, it inevitably keeps them stuck in the Fleet Headquarters TF. Is there some new method of changing Task Forces that I'm not aware of?

If your wanting to create a new Task Force other than Fleet Headquarters its on the bar under Empires, Task Force Organization, or control F4.

I have that down, I have two other Task Forces created. My problem is that I can't seem to get Task Groups properly reassigned under them.

Assign the taskgroups to the task forces you want them to be in on the "Naval Organization" tab (4th tab on the F12 screen)
Then select the taskgroup you want to assign to the taskforce.
Hit either "Branch Only" or "Branch + Sub"
This creates a new task group with the assigned ships
