Lucky you the our librarian  refused petitions to stock any Ringos after reading Ghost please post a review when your clear reading. Is it true that a sequel is on the way ?

Although your local library may not have any copies of your favorite book (by Ringo or anyone else), they can still get a copy through Inter-Library Loan (ILL).  It is generally free (or at least really cheap), and you should be able to have the book for at least 2-4 weeks.

I did forget to mention one thing.  The fourth book in this series "Claws that catch" is due out in November.

And for those that have been following the "Legacy of the Aldanata" series (Ringo's first series), "Honor of the Clan" (which is the third book of the sub-arc Mike O'Neil's children) is due out in January.

Naw,  I don't keep up on Ringo's writing at all.

"then there is Tom Kratman's books..."

Yes,  I read Baen'd books!!  :D

I've got a co-worker cursing me for getting him hooked on the Council Wars series.

Paladin of Shadows is by far my favorite of Ringo's independent series.

Just finished "The Last Centurion" a couple of weeks ago.  I liked it.  But it's not for everyone by any stretch.

Oh, an FYI.  The first story from Ghost (Winterborn) has been turned into a screenplay and their looking to make an intermediate budget movie.  Probably straight to video.

By John Ringo.

I've not completed reading this one yet, but it does have some interesting parts on geo surveys. This is book 2 following Into the Looking Glass. It is followed by Manxome Foe.

Well worth reading.

They're ok. Not the best of Ringo's work but worth borrowing from the library.
