If I have a beam weapon that needs 6 power to fire and it has capacitor lev4, can it fire in 0-1-1 manner if it has minimal reload time of 5s?
Like
0s - 0+4=4 power - not enough
5s - 4+4=8 power - use 6 to shoot, keep 2
10s - 2+4=6 power - use 6 to shoot

No, It will go 1-0-1-0.
The weapon's charge can't hold more than what it takes to fire the weapon, so in your case, it can only hold a maximum of 6 power, not 8.
