Short Time increments

Hello not sure if this is the right forum to ask this but I have the following question/problem:
The time increments are shorter then they should be.  So 5 day increments are only 2 hours and 30 day increments are only 6 hours.  I read that that's because of NPR´s but its now going for more than 3 ingame years and as far as I know are the only NPR's are the swarm and invaders. 
Does anybody know if i can fix this or do I have just to wait?
Also can I somehow see the logs of the NPR to see what the NPRs are doing?

The default settings spawns 1 NPR so unless you specifically  turned it off it is probably out there and causing the problem.
You can't see NPR activity in the log but if you turn on spacemaster mode (the light bulb) it should tell you a general reason why.

If you know what system the activity is happening you can delete the system, otherwise the solution is to wait.
