Newly promoted.

If my memory serves that marks officers who have been promoted in the past year. They might also be ineligible for promotion as well while flagged.

I was looking over my officers yesterday and noticed that some of them had an "N" following their promotion score(i. e.  1974 N).  I was wondering what that "N" stood for.
