The troops were already back in the drop module, the question was how I get them back to the transportmodule, so no further speculation where they could be now (they are in the dropmodule, because the removing of orders works a bit strange (or already back in the troop bay thanks to Nathan_)) or if they are cargo items. So please, only related questions and other, faster, ways to get the troops back to the troop transport bay.

« on: May 04, 2012, 06:35:21 PM »Oh, in that case(that I should have read) those troops are probably the new crew of the ship, and you won't likely be able to get them back. Repair/scrap the captured ship at a shipyard, perhaps that will spit the troops out and replace them with proper crew.
