So is it still the case that Ancient Ruins never generate Ancient Artifacts, even if the ruins are deciphered BUT left untouched by construction units? I have three 25 million+ colonies that have a couple hundred abandoned installations each but
none
of them are reporting that Ancient Artifacts are being generated. I thought this was fixed a couple builds ago.

Oh! I just remembered! There is definitely a point at which alien ruins start producing alien artifacts trade goods, and I believe it requires both a finished Xeno survey, and a colony of at least ten million population on the alien ruin system body. It may also require a spaceport.

I find alien ruins so rarely, and having a colony on that body is even more rare, so I don't have any personal experience.
