Something weird in research and production 1.12

Hi guys, am I wrong or something weird is happening here?

I have just started a new conventional game, 1 January 2020, no increment at all, it seems I can construct 10 research facilities in 4 months and research wathever I want in few days.

What am I missing?

Of course my decimal separator is a period, but I'm still getting the weirdness, It seems like Aurora does not recognize it, any idea?

Those numbers are saved to database, so you need to start a new game.

I just deleted everything and download it again, It seems working properly now, thank you dudes.
