We have a car so we will be visiting Lake Garda and Verona at some point (and the Amarone vinyards!). We don't arrive in Italy until May 25th.

Oh God No!!!  Not 40K!!!

Just kidding.  Personally got tired of the version advances that invalidated existing armies several versions back.  Others don't agree or GW wouldn't still be around as a gaming powerhouse.  Hope your actually enjoying it.

Have fun in Italy.

120 Day pass out...

4th Months...

All quiet..

STEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVE?..any news?..:D

Unfortunately, I've just given in to a long-term desire to get seriously into Warhammer 40k :)

Won $2000 in a home game (moral: don't invite ex-professional poker players :)) so decided to spend it on Space Marine, Chaos and Tyranid armies ready painted from Ebay, half a dozen Imperial Armour books from Forge World and several rulebooks plus the Realm of Battle gameboard from Games Workshop :)

My wife is slightly baffled but we've been together 27 years so she just shrugs and moves on :)

Also, leaving for Italy in 9 days to spend two weeks in a villa on the shore of Lake Como.

So v6.30 may be delayed :) I will get back to it soon though. Can't stay away from Aurora for too long.

Nah - why would you need multiplayer when  Steve has made the NPR AI indistinguishable from a human player....

So you're saying when you defeat the enemy's main fleet in battle, it quits the game, deletes it, and starts a new one? Yay! :)

And 6.4 will feature fully functioning multiplayer.

Steve has been playing that version for ages now and he'd have released it long ago, if it didn't require a trans-newtonian computer to run. The problem is that at the time his future self gave him the choice of bringing Aurora 3D or a file containing the basic theories that would make trans-newtonian physics possible to replicate within six months, bringing with it never-before-known prosperity to humankind decades before its time. Of course Steve made the only sensible choice, but since then he's lost the keys to the time machine and he's too busy playing Aurora 3D to look for them.

6.3 features full 3d and graphics that will put Crysis to shame, also superadvanced A.I and realtime combat.

LOL ;D
We got an ETA on 6.3.

I here 6.3 will feature ground combat with a top down play map for the planet, and possibly even first person view.
