Sorry for the late answer , Thanks for your answer and i hope it will be added in the C+ (or is it C#?) version. Make the game more interesting.
There are C, C++, C# and other languages, no C+. The name of forum "C# Aurora" slightly hints which was picked here.

I'm fairly sure the full-fledged answer would be "The NPRs can't *conquer* your worlds, such as with ground troops, but they are more than willing to flatten them and salt the remains."

Just a little clarification; we're still getting all the mechanics changes scheduled for 7.2, its just we're not getting them until the C# update is done.

Current version 7.1 comes from end of 2015 so no, I think NPRs are still unable to do that. As the progress to 7.2 was stopped in favour of rewriting Aurora to C# there has been no new version since 7.1 This C# version (Aurora 8?) is expected somewhere at the 2017/2018 division.

See changelog for 7.2 and for C# Aurora for more info about incoming changes.

Hi guys , i recently read an ancient reddit thread about "Can the NPR conquer your planets or another NPR's planets ?" The answer was "NO , They can't" but the topic is more than a year old and probably about another version , so now with the latest version is the NPR capable of invading your planets ? i mean with ground troops.
